Conditions & Therapies

We provide home infusion therapy for patients with a range of chronic conditions. Our clinical team has deep expertise across multiple therapeutic areas — with particular specialization in IVIG therapy.

IVIG Therapy

Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) therapy is our primary focus. We provide home IVIG infusions for patients across multiple medical specialties — and for immunocompromised patients especially, receiving treatment at home means avoiding the infection exposure that comes with hospital and infusion center settings.

Immunodeficiency Disorders

For patients referred by Immunologists

For patients whose immune systems need support, avoiding exposure to infections in clinical settings is a medical priority. Having your therapy at home keeps you protected while you receive the IVIG that protects you.

Neurological Conditions

For patients referred by Neurologists

IVIG infusions for neurological conditions often take several hours. Receiving treatment at home means you can be comfortable throughout — in your own chair, with your nurse focused entirely on you.

Hematologic Conditions

For patients referred by Hematologists / Oncologists

Patients with hematologic conditions are often managing complex treatment regimens. Home IVIG reduces your infection exposure and integrates more easily into your overall care plan.

Rheumatologic Conditions

For patients referred by Rheumatologists`

Living with a rheumatologic condition means some days are better than others. Home infusion gives you flexibility — treatment comes to you, on a schedule that works with how you’re feeling.

Infliximab Therapy

Infliximab is a biologic medication that reduces inflammation by targeting specific proteins in the immune system. It’s used to treat a range of inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, often providing relief when other treatments haven’t been effective.

Crohn's Disease

A chronic, inflammatory bowel disease that causes often severe inflammation anywhere from the mouth to the end of the digestive tract.

Ulcerative Colitis

A chronic, inflammatory bowel disease that causes inflammation that is most commonly limited to the large bowel or colon.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

A chronic inflammatory disease that affects multiple joints, including the small joints of the hands and feet, often causing joint deformities.

Psoriatic Arthritis

A form of inflammatory arthritis that affects some people with psoriasis, causing joint pain, stiffness, and swelling.

Ankylosing Spondylitis

An inflammatory disease that can cause vertebrae in the spine to fuse over time, leading to reduced flexibility and a hunched posture.

Psoriasis

An immune disease that has system-wide complications such as arthritis, obesity and cardiovascular disease.

Why your physician chose home infusion for your infliximab

Infliximab infusions typically take two to three hours. Receiving treatment at home means comfort in familiar surroundings, one-on-one nursing attention, and flexible scheduling that works with your life. For patients managing chronic inflammatory conditions, home infusion makes ongoing treatment more sustainable.
Reduced exposure to infections
Especially important for immunocompromised patients, home infusion eliminates exposure to infections in clinical waiting rooms and shared spaces.

Dedicated specialty nursing attention

Your personal infusion nurse is focused entirely on you — not dividing attention among multiple patients as in an infusion center.

Flexibility that fits your life

Whether early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or anytime, schedule infusions at times that work for you, not around an infusion center’s limited availability.

Comfort of familiar surroundings

Your own chair, your own couch, your own space, your own routine. For treatments that can take a few hours, comfort and familiar surroundings matter.

VYEPTI Therapy

VYEPTI (eptinezumab) is a preventive treatment for chronic migraine, administered as an IV infusion every three months. It works by blocking a protein involved in migraine attacks, helping reduce both the frequency and severity of migraines.
Chronic migraine is defined as 15 or more headache days per month, with at least 8 of those days featuring migraine symptoms. It’s a debilitating condition that significantly impacts quality of life, work, and relationships.
VYEPTI can help reduce the number of migraine days, with many patients experiencing improvement starting with their first infusion.
For migraine patients, clinical environments can be challenging. Bright lights, strong odors, and noise — common in hospitals and infusion centers — are often migraine triggers.
Home infusion allows you to receive your quarterly VYEPTI treatment in a calm, controlled environment. The infusion takes about 30 minutes, and you’re in your own space — with lighting, sounds, and smells you can control.

Additional Therapies

We provide home infusion services for additional conditions and therapies beyond those featured above. If you’ve been prescribed infusion therapy for a condition not listed here, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Lupus

The body’s immune system becomes hyperactive and attacks normal, healthy tissue that leads to symptoms in multiple organs.

Multiple Sclerosis

An unpredictable disease of the central nervous system disrupting the flow of information within the brain and even spinal cord.

Myasthenia Gravis

Myasthenia produces weakness and rapid fatigue caused by a breakdown in the communication between nerves and muscles.

Your Treatment. Transformed.

Picture your next infusion. Not in a waiting room, watching the clock. Not sharing space with sick strangers. Not wondering when your nurse will have a moment for you.
Instead: your living room. Your nurse, focused entirely on you. Your schedule, your comfort, your control.
The same physician-quality care. The same medications. The same clinical standards.
Without everything that made infusion days something to dread.
